Teri's extensive love and knowledge of anatomy as well as empathy for people who are hurting or have physiological issues led her to pursue Massage Therapy. She enrolled at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2018 and graduated in 2020. An amazing feat to undertake with three kids at home.  

Her journey since has been learning and evolving her practice to meet the needs of all her clients. Some of her favorite modalities are ( but not limited to) intra-oral TMJD treatments, Trigger point treatments and Jade rollers. 

Teri is friendly, kind, and generous. She is a true caretaker and often looking for ways to help others. She also an upcycle queen. Almost all of us have benefitted from her looking to find new homes for items that have past their usefulness. When Teri is not at the clinic she is exploring new trails with her Pyrenees X, in the garden or enjoying quality family time travelling, hiking, or fishing.
